Say goodbye to spending hours looking for the perfect rug... and hello to adding pattern and excitement to any room.  I am simply smitten with the idea of a painted floor. I especially love what the chevron designs and bright colors [a la the kate spade boutique] add to these spaces...

    I love painted floors! It is absolutely not used here in Greece, however, thus difficult to find the right technician to do the base (the painting on it is not such a big deal, not bigger than the walls I guess..) Is it concrete floor, apart from the wooden ones?
