I love finding a restaurant that exudes honesty in all forms. Their kitchens rely on a handful of organic ingredients, the interiors are earthy and open, it gives a whole new dynamic to what it means to eat cleanly (and maybe some inspiration too!)
Capital Kitchen of Melbourne, Australia is absolutely stunning. The worn woods adorned with clean and shiny glass are beautiful. The comfortable seating paired with chic carrera marble... its my kind of place. I dream about a kitchen as lovely as this restaurant...
