If you really want to get into it, you could find a board thats perfectly suited to your tastes and color preferences. This is something you just might have forever. I love the almost air that comes out of the board when you open up the ones M has had in his family for a long time- you just get the feeling of all the wonderful memories many people have made over a few games...
If a board just isn't serious enough for you, maybe you want to dedicate a little space to the game?
