MOVING, SHAKING, + KEEPSAKING

Throughout our various moves, M and I have decided we are going to live with a lot less, and really only take the stuff we need from place to place, however, everytime we are somewhere new, there are little keepsakes, pictures, coffee table books, etc. that we end up picking up and dragging a long to the next place. It would be so lovely to have a place to admire them all when we finally do get to where we are going....

Whitewashed + Open

I have always thought the clean and simple whitewash open shelving in Katie Lee's dining room is so refreshing. In Summer, white dishware calls my name and wants me to have a light dinner party. No longer just for the farmhouse,  I love the air that open shelving gives a kitchen. 

While not all of us have the luxury of a gorgeous built-in, here are some other ideas that are just as lovely!
